So, I’ve decided (once again) that if I wait for an event to post, I’ll never post. Because, I procrastinate. So, I reminded myself to write about anything, and hopefully it won’t bore you =)
I will now fill you in on my new obsession, which trumps my love for both Keane and Cupcakes, COMBINED! (this is for real, people!)
Oh, yeah.
I am so addicted right now. I am dead serious when I say that I have a playlist of Owl City running 24/7 on my computer, and the only reason it’s not on my MP3 player is because the stupid thing has been going all wibbly-wobbly.
All of my time yesterday was spent listening to aforementioned Owl City and reading Adam Young’s blog (of Owl City fame). Oh, and you cannot imagine my glee when I discovered a bunch of markers. I’m not sure why exactly I was so happy, but I really was. So, I pulled out some cardstock and drew random pictures throughout the day. Yesterday was lots of fun! Plus, there’s something super fun about not having any time commitments for an entire day. You don’t have to shower, get makeup on, or give other people your time that you could be spending listening to Owl City =D
It’s a win-win! (-win.)
So, today is my dad’s day off work, so we’ll probably do a lot of boring hanging around at home. I’ll give you 3 guesses as to what I’ll be listening to for a significant portion of the day… Oh, but then I have a stake dance to go to tonight, so that’ll be fun! I’m super excited. Sadly, my best friend is visiting family in Utah (she’ll be back in just a few more days!), so she can’t come =(
… At least I have Owl City to cheer me up…
